Shumway Services was founded in Amherst, Massachusetts. The company’s foundation was started by Phil Shumway as a child years ago. He went door to door during snow storms with his father’s snow blower looking for customers who wanted their driveways cleared. Summer time was similar, trading the snow blower for the family lawn mower. Phil worked with his father and several other businesses in the area to build his expertise and knowledge in the various construction trades. Shumway Services has successfully grown into a business serving the Pioneer Valley for over fifteen years!
